ABOUT TIMMY THE DREAMER

Timmy the Dreamer is a youth keynote speaker, founder of Dreamer State University, & former manager of one of the biggest influencers in Los Angeles, Charlie Rocket.

Together, they built a social impact movement of over 9 million people, made over 1,000 dreams come true for kids with cancer, disabilities, and those needing a miracle, & collaborated with some of the biggest celebrities on earth like Oprah, Mr Beast, Steph Curry, and Jake Paul.

After achieving some of this biggest dreams in life, he has made it his mission to give back to the next generation of students - the younger version of himself - to help them achieve their biggest dreams in life.

Dreamology is the missing class - it's a class about dreams - talking to students about chasing their dreams, mental health, building meaningful relationships, and how kindness truly has the power to change the world.

The Dreamology 101 speech and workshop is unlike anything schools have seen before. It's an interactive experience that involves the Dreamology 101 speech, students visualizing their dreams, writing their dreams down, sharing them with each other, and celebrating & supporting each others dreams! This video is from our week long experience, giving over 5 performances to students at high schools & middle schools in Iowa.

This is a recap video of our 2-Day experience at Spirit Lake High School. The 2-day experience includes our signature Dreamology 101 speech and workshop on day 1 & on day 2, we have our one-of-a-kind "Facing Your Fears Challenge" where we teach students tools for building resilience & managing stress and anxiety. The big part of this challenge is we also have the students do a polar plunge, ice bath challenge to help them realize they are capable of doing hard things & are stronger than they think!

With 62% of students today struggling with their mental health, yet over 75% of students saying they have a desire to "make a positive impact on the world", this speech touches directly on the most important topics for this generation of students. The main topics that are covered include chasing your dreams, mental health, building meaningful relationships, & the power kindness has to change the world.

COMMUNITY NIGHT

Community night is hosted at night for all members of the school community including the students, teachers, families, & leaders in the community. During community night, parents, staff, and community leaders will have a chance to experience the same speech & workshop that the students experienced during the day.

The power of this experience is that now the students, parents, and teachers can all use shared language when talking about their dreams and goals, & it 100x the impact that is made on the community.

"We found that it's not just the students that need to hear this message, but it's the teachers too." This was said by Karen Brettigen, a teacher at Eden Prairie High School in Minnesota. These messages about chasing your dreams, mental health, & kindness are universal and can have just as big of an impact on the teachers and parents as it does on the kids.

FACING YOUR FEARS CHALLENGE

The facing your fears challenge is unlike anything schools have seen before. Every seen we have gone to notes the importance of building resilience for their students & helping students take care of their mental health & social-emotional well being.

This experience was created to address these needs.

It starts with a 5-10 minute speech from Timmy about the resilience, facing adversity, and overcoming challenges. Then, Timmy leads a guided breathework session where he teaches students how to go from a state of panic and stress, to a state of focus & calm. Finally, the students participate in an ice bath challenge where they get in freezing cold water for 3 minutes. The point of this challenge is to showcase to students they are capable of doing hard things. We also incorporate music, food and drinks, & games to make this a day that students will certainly never forget.
